Fresh from wowing dancefloors with the superb Transcendence EP on Haws, Jeku joins Craigie Knowes. It's a neat fit, with the producer's signature style - a mixture of breaks, acid, trance-inducing grooves and dreamy electronics, with nods to the more psychedelic end of mid-90s British dance music - sounding both thrillingly contemporary and deliciously nostalgic. There's much to admire across the EP, from the breathless, breakbeat-driven intensity of acid-laden future classic 'Astral Dream' and the mid-90s Orbital-doing-progressive house flex of 'Again', to the spine-tingling, early Leftfield style dubbiness of 'Babylon 5.1' and the ultra-psychedelic, mid-tempo chug of 'Close Encounters'.
