All of our records are shipped from the UK using UK Royal Mail or UPS. International shipping is available for the majority of countries. All orders are tracked and tracking numbers will be provided on dispatch.

All our items are shipped in strong 12 inch cardboard mailers or boxes. Akwaxrecords can not be held to account for shipping to a wrongly provided address.

Akwaxrecords is not responsible for any damage made by the delivery company. Items for shipment to countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for these fees and none of these fees can be passed onto Akwaxrecords.
