For pre orders please be aware that we can only provide rough estimates we are completely at the mercy of the distributors pressing plants and labels. We reserve the right to cancel any order should the records become unavailable. If this happens you will be given a full refund. Records are usually released 1 - 3 months after we list after which it can take time for us to import them to the UK.

Please note any orders containing pre-order items won't be shipped until all items are available, so please order separately to avoid delays.

Akwaxrecords is committed to providing you with excellent products. However, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, we agree to exchange it or refund you. Please contact the email above. The shipping and return will be at your expense. You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to return the products. Damaged items, not in original packaging or incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned at your expense in that same condition.
