LVCA steps up for a new release on a new label, Cymatix, which finds the one-time Circo Loco resident laying down more of the playful electro-techno he's released in the past on Partisan, Sock It To Me and Superlux. 'Machine' is a freaky thumper powered by an addictive mono synth bassline and some trippy speech samples, while 'Interconnections' gets locked into a tighter kind of construction. 'Perceptions Of Time' is a broader sweeping, sci-fi acid techno joint with a little of Legowelt's playfulness in its DNA, while 'CZ Control' heads into tweaked-out electro territory before 'I Can't See You' completes the picture with a mellower tone indebted in no uncertain times to the looming legacy of Drexciya.
